SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days ! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
When can I receive my order?
It depends on where you are.
If the destination country of the order is the USA , Canada ,Germany or Australia, the product will ship from our America warehouse , Canada warehouse,Germany warehouse or Australia warehouse, it will take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
If you destination country is out of the USA, Canada, Germany or Australia, the product will ship from our Chinese warehouse. Please note that international orders typically take 7 to 21 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.

Is each tumbler safe for food?
THILY products are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This material is highly resistant to rust and does not need a liner. THILY products are certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility.
How do I clean it?
Our products are not dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing all THILY products with a mild dish soap to keep them working just right.
Warranty & Return
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return the item for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to support@thily.com. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used item . THILY will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. If the return reason is about your personal reason you need to pay the shipping fees.
