When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days ! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
When can I receive my order?
It depends on where you are.
If the destination country of the order is the USA , Canada ,Germany or Australia, the product will ship from our America warehouse , Canada warehouse,Germany warehouse or Australia warehouse, it will take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
If you destination country is out of the USA, Canada, Germany or Australia, the product will ship from our Chinese warehouse. Please note that international orders typically take 7 to 21 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.

Is each tumbler safe for food?
THILY products are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This material is highly resistant to rust and does not need a liner. THILY products are certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility.
How do I clean it?
Our products are not dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing all THILY products with a mild dish soap to keep them working just right.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return the item for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to support@thily.com. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used item . THILY will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. If the return reason is about your personal reason you need to pay the shipping fees.

Clean your thily by hand with warm soapy water before first use. Avoid cleansers with bleach, chlorine or abrasives.
Our products should be hand washed after every use. We do not recommend placing our bottles and tumblers in the dishwasher as this could cause exterior damage and discoloration. Lids, straws, and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.
WARNING
PRESSURE resulting in discharge of hot vapor. ALWAYS OPEN lid in upright position and AWAY FROM FACE and OTHERS to properly release pressure prior to drinking.
WHEN FILLING vessels with BOILING LQUID, allow liquid to COOL DOWN WITH THE LID OFF for at least 4 minutes before attaching the lid.
Make sure that the lid is secured and pressed down firmly before drinking.
The lid is designed to be spill-resistant, However, it is not completely leak-proof. so try to keep the tumbler upright when you're on-the-go and do not store inside a bag.（except the product is marketed as leakproof, such as THILY water bottle）
Although steel is durable, strong impact or dropping can compromise the vacuum insulation, preventing it from retaining temperature.
CAUTION
This Tumbler is designed to hold liquids that may be hot enough to seriously burn you, use caution while drinking hot beverages.
Do not overfill; keep hot liquids out of children's reach.
Do not microwave or heat on stovetop or open flame.
Do not freeze or use dry ice.
Small parts may be generated. Not for children under 3 years of age.
